Alex (aka @blackducktattooing), originally from Spain, studied a Bachelor of Fine Arts in University of Salamanca where he specialized in engraving and print making. Creating art with these techniques started on him a great interest in the use of black and white, which has ended up influencing his tattooing styles.

The attention to detail, and precise line work, combined with an incredibly positive attitude helps him to create artworks based on floral, natural, and scientific illustrations in both fine line and solid black work.
