Temple Cantrell is a seasoned tattoo artist with over a decade of experience, predominantly in the American traditional style. With pronouns they/them, Temple's journey has taken them from Savannah, Georgia to Chicago, where they seek a more artsy and forward-thinking environment.

Temple specializes in American traditional tattooing, appreciating its simplicity, readability, and timelessness. Without fixating on specific influencers, they draw inspiration from a broad range of sources, aiming to blend traditional sensibilities with modern touches. Influenced by cartoons and early illustrations, Temple's subject matter often includes flowers and animals. Their background in illustration and study at the Savannah College of Art and Design enhances their attention to detail, anatomy, and composition, creating a unique twist on traditional designs.
Blending american, Japanese and Neo traditional Tattoo style
Primarily focused on custom work, Temple also enjoys creating flash designs to showcase their creativity. They aim to engage clients by providing a glimpse of their artistic capability, using their flash design as a jumping off point to start a conversation about what a client is interested in, even if the flash isn't selected directly. Passionate about undertaking larger projects, Temple aspires to design intricate backpieces, full fronts, and sleeves, aiming to create cohesive traditional puzzle-like art as well as large scale, single image tattoos.
